• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If approved, your refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Replacement Policy

• For eligible returns, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
• Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our team directly.
• Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• In the case of prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Minor color or design differences due to screen or photographic lighting
• Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or external factors
